The legendary Bullet was born in 1932 with three engine options 250cc, 350cc and 500cc, and bullet 350 is the cheapest motorcycle from the brand Royal Enfield. The 2021 Royal Enfield bullet 350 model still keeps the legacy as a retro-style motorcycle.
Bullet 350 design
Bullet 350 engine
Royal Enfield Bullet 350 powered by a 346cc air-cooled, fuel-injected bs6 compliant engine and with a 5-speed gearbox this engine generates 20ps of max power at 5250rpm and 28nm of max torque at 4000rpm. The bullet 350 has a 13.5-litre fuel tank and it offers a fuel efficiency of somewhere around 35kmpl, which is actually good enough for a 350cc engine. The complete bike weighs 191kgs because and the ground clearance is 135 mm which is decent for any road off-roads, the bullet 350 comes with royal Enfield traditional telescopic forks at the front and dual shock absorbers for the back. The wheel size is 19'' for both ends, mind it the wheels are spoke wheels. Talking about the stopping power, the bike gets a 280mm disc brake for the front and drum brake in the back and it offers single-channel abs for the electric start variant which is sufficient enough for this bike in my opinion. bullet 350 has a very simple analogue speedometer, an analogue odometer it does get any modern meter looking console.
Bullet 350 ride comfort
The saddle height is 800mm, if you are 5.5 or above you can easily ride this bike. Seating ergonomics are good with neutral set footpegs, wide handlebars and a scooped out rider seat. You sit straight with your arm stretched out wide leaving no point of stress on your body. It feels like a very commanding posture and gives good control over the bike.in terms of riding ergonomics, the motors from royal Enfield are always torquay, they offer a good amount of low-end punch, the power is slightly on a lower side but that's totally fine because this motorcycle is not meant for high speed it is more of a relaxed and right kind of motorcycle over the decades. The refinement level is still the same if you are riding below 3000 rpm. It is good, but the moment you start taking it above that you can feel the vibrations everywhere it is on the footpegs, seat handlebar and the mirrors. The clutch feels on a lighter side, the travel is slightly longer, and you don't need to change gears. The gearbox is also precise and I didn't encounter any false. The brakes are good on this with the introduction of single-channel abs the stopping power has gone up significantly plus the chances of skidding have reduced making it more reliable, the rear brakes are also good I don't feel there is a need of disc brake in the rear because the drums offer a good bite and inspire good confidence. the suspensions are a blend on this motorcycle softly sprung forks in the front and the rear shock absorbers felt slightly stiff, overall the riding quality is on the good side, the build quality and finish of royal Enfield motorcycles have always been royal, they have come such a long way and still the motorcycles have that retro touch and that is what keeps the royal Enfield fans in the shop.
Bullet 350 price
The Royal Enfield bullet 350 is more of a style statement rather than a mode of transport and this feeling keeps the royal Enfield fan club growing. Price of Royal Enfield bullet 350 starting from rupees 1.29 lakhs for the kickstart and rupees 1.42 lakhs for the electric start variants.
